PropertyUK.app is a private operations workspace for property leads, viewings, tenant support, documents, and approval-based workflows.

Information We Process

PropertyUK may process information needed to operate the service, including user account details, property records, enquiry details, tenant support messages, viewing notes, documents uploaded to the workspace, integration status, and audit logs.

LinkedIn Data

If a user authorizes a LinkedIn integration, PropertyUK may receive the LinkedIn account information and permissions shown on LinkedIn's consent screen. This can include basic profile information, email address, organization Page details, and posting or management permissions depending on the approved LinkedIn API product.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the private dashboard, manage property operations, support approved communications, keep workflow history, secure access, troubleshoot issues, and connect authorized third-party services.

Sharing

PropertyUK does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and integrations only as needed to operate authorized workflows, such as authentication, email, document signing, CRM, analytics, hosting, and LinkedIn API features approved by the user or administrator.

Security

PropertyUK uses authenticated access, role-based controls, operational audit trails, and approval gates for sensitive actions. Users should not submit passwords, payment card details, or identity-document contents through unsupported channels.

Retention

Records are retained for as long as needed for property operations, compliance, audit, support, and legitimate business purposes. Administrators may remove or archive records when they are no longer required.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to authorize optional third-party integrations.
• You can revoke third-party permissions through the relevant provider account settings where supported.
• You can ask a PropertyUK administrator to review, correct, export, or delete information where applicable.
